I was delighted with the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The elegant furnishings and charming artwork made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious palace. The general areas, such as the lobby and dining area, were spacious and easy to navigate, which was especially important for someone like me, a senior lady who values comfort and convenience. Moreover, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure our safety and ease of movement.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there to help us seniors get around the hotel.

Rocca dei Saraceni was an absolute dream. The rooms are incredibly spacious, pristine, and oh-so-comfortable! The staff went above and beyond to meet our every need, making our stay truly unforgettable. The pool area with its jaw-dropping scenery is simply breathtaking. Did I mention that the resort is relatively new and beautifully designed? It exceeded all my expectations! The A/C and WiFi worked flawlessly, ensuring a hassle-free stay. If you're looking for a little getaway with your family, this place is heaven on earth. The surroundings offer a serene Sicilian countryside experience. The hotel, although small, boasts 12 rooms, half of which offer magnificent landscape views. Trust me, it's worth the extra splurge. The on-site restaurant serves a delectable breakfast and a perfect dinner. During our 3-day stay, visiting the nearby Sicily outlet mall was a breeze. The service at Rocca dei Saraceni is unparalleled, especially from the talented bartender, Luciano. His Mojito is a must-try and his level of service is absolutely exceptional. The hotel's interior and grounds are stunningly beautiful, far surpassing the online pictures. The food is out-of-this-world and all thanks to the incredible chef. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel was remarkable. The staff even went as far as helping us arrange to have our car cleaned when it got dirty. We can't wait to return to this outstanding hotel.

The view is stunning and the staff is nice. The garden is well-maintained, but I won't need to come back with my gardening shears!
It's so remote that I felt like Robinson Crusoe. Where's the nearest civilization, Mars?

Pros of our stay at Rocca Dei Saraceni: Our stay at this hidden gem was absolutely mind-blowing. The location may require a car and some adventurous spirit, but boy, was it worth it! The familiar and relaxing atmosphere made us feel right at home. The restaurant served the most authentic and delicious food, both for breakfast and dinner. The staff took such good care of us, making us feel incredibly welcome. The beautiful garden area around the pool offered a peaceful retreat, with a jaw-dropping view of Mount Etna from our sunbed. The hotel itself is a small, high-quality boutique establishment, with clean, almost brand new rooms. The restaurant offered excellent dining options, with the pasta being the most delicious we had in our entire stay in Sicily. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well, making communication a breeze. The price/performance ratio was unbeatable. Rocca Dei Saraceni is the perfect place to chill and relax in the Sicilian countryside, with its excellent amenities, stunning views, and top-notch service.

During my stay at Rocca Dei Saraceni, I was amazed by the hotel's remote location, which provided a perfect opportunity for relaxation and disconnecting from the outside world. The cleanliness and interior design of the rooms were exceptional. The hotel grounds were absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and a picturesque view of Mt. Etna. The restaurant and poolside area were superb, offering delicious meals and impeccable attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection of homemade pastries. The family-run atmosphere added a charming touch to the overall experience. I even had the chance to purchase their fantastic homemade olive oil. I am already planning my next visit to Rocca Dei Saraceni and would highly recommend it to others.
Although I had an amazing stay at Rocca Dei Saraceni, there were a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. it would have been great to have some additional pillows in the room, but unfortunately, it was too late to request them.
